Organizational Communications Leader Gary Grates Joins Aimcast as Growth Surges

Aimcast is pleased to announce the appointment of new Team member Gary F. Grates, who will advise on client strategy and new business. Grates is globally renowned as the leading voice in organizational (employee) communications and change.

He has more than 25 years of corporate, marketing/brand, labor, and strategic communications experience with a particular expertise in business transformation and internal communications to create organizational confidence internally to optimize corporate relevance.

Gary F. Grates is a respected expert in corporate communications, change management communications, employee engagement, and corporate strategy execution. His prior work, specifically in change management, internal communications, and business strategy deployment, includes General Motors, City of Hope, Chevron, IBM, PepsiCo, Harley-Davidson, Vale, Dell, HP, Kimberly Clark, Merck, and Ipsen, to name a few. He serves as Principal/Managing Partner at GConsulting Group, and also previously served as Principal at Real Chemistry, President/Global Managing Director of Edelman Change & Employee Engagement, and Vice President/North America, Corporate Communications, at General Motors Corporation.

A frequent facilitator, lecturer and author on issues facing corporate management and communications professionals worldwide, Grates has been referred to as the "thought leader" in change management communications and effective corporate communications and positioning. He has published more than 700 articles/white papers on the strategic importance of communications in achieving business excellence. He is also an adjunct professor at Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Communications, having been awarded the inaugural "Outstanding Adjunct Professor of the Year in 2022."
